Squash City offers the most extensive range of lessons available in Amsterdam. The lessons are given in two studios equipped with the most advanced music, light and air conditioning installations. We offer more than 50 lessons per week. Lessons can be taken in spinning, yoga, Pilates, steps and much more. The lessons are conducted by qualified and experienced instructors, who are all dynamic and have their own style of teaching. Are you unsure about which lessons to take? Then make an appointment with one of our instructors for a free coaching consultation! Anyone with a valid membership can make an appointment with one of our instructors in order to develop a coaching schedule and receive instructions and advice. During this appointment, your blood pressure, weight and percentage of body fat will be checked. In addition, a fitness test will be conducted to measure your VO2 max (maximum oxygen uptake).
