Aerobics at Squash City
 Aerobic literally means "with oxygen" or "in the presence of oxygen". Aerobics is a sports activity that trains the larger muscle groups in a rhythmic fashion over a longer time.
Aerobics trains the lungs and the cardiovasculair system making the oxygen supply to all the separate parts of your body take place faster and more efficiently.
