Aerobics rules

  1. Only clients with a valid aerobics day card, or a valid aerobics membership card or a valid aerobics combination card are allowed in an aerobics lesson.
  2. Every person entering an aerobics lesson must have first been checked in by reception and be in receipt of an entry card for that particular lesson.
  3. Any person found to have entered an aerobics lesson without a valid entry card runs the risk of immediate expulsion from Squash City.
  4. Entry cards for any aerobics lesson can be picked up at reception no sooner than 40 minutes and no later than 5 minutes before the lesson is due to start (exception is point 6 below).
  5. As an aerobics member, you have the right to one lesson per day. You can always attend more lessons on the same day, but ONLY if there is room in the next lesson. This information is available at reception.
  6. For those wishing to take a second lesson immediately, you must pick up a new entry card at reception after the existing lesson is finished. It is strictly forbidden to walk out of an aerobics lesson before it is finished to get a new entry card for the next lesson.
  7. It is expected that you be on time for your lesson. All aerobics instructors have the right to refuse entry if you are late, even if you have a valid entry card. It is also very annoying for others in the lesson if you are late, and potentially dangerous, as you will miss out on the beginning warm-up session.
  8. Each type of aerobic lesson has a maximum number of places. To ensure a place, make sure that you arrive at Squash City with plenty of time to spare. Receptionist and not the instructor are responsible for maintaining the maximum number of places in each lesson. Full is full!
  9. It is required that you have a hand towel with you during the lesson.
  10. Light soled, non-marking sport shoes are required. Please do not use any shoes that you have had on outside.
  11. It is forbidden to take any glasswork into the aerobics rooms. Plastic bottles (with tops) or bidons are allowed.
  12. Please keep talking to a minimum during the lessons.
  13. Aerobics lessons are only allowed for persons 18 years and over.
  14. Please return all weights, steps, bikes and other aerobics material that have been used in the lesson to their proper place, when the lesson is finished.
  15. Please ensure that your instructor is aware of any special physical problems, etc. before you start the lesson.
  16. With an off-peak day card or off-peak membership you may take any lesson Monday to Friday including any 17:00 lesson.
  17. Training at Squash City is always at your own risk.
  18. Using our facilities automatically means that you are aware of our aerobics rules and house rules and that you agree to abide by them.
