What to bring
During aerobics lessons it is important to wear comfortable clothes that offer you the most freedom of movement and flexibility. The fabric should breathe well and be able to absorb perspiration. Sports pants of a stretch fabric and a T-shirt will offer you the most freedom of movement. Most important however are your shoes. Seek professional advice before you buy aerobics shoes. Checklist:
- Towel (2nd towel for shower/sauna)
- Training pants / sports shorts
- T-shirt or top
- cotton socks
- sport or aerobics shoes
Tips:
- Forgot your towel? No problem, for a small charge you can hire a towel at reception.
- It is always smart to drink sufficiently while working out. A (sealable!) plastic bottle or bidon can come in handy.
- Make sure to tie long hair together with an elastic string or hairpins. Much more comfortable!
The changing rooms in Squash City are supplied with sufficient lockers to lock away all your personal belongings while working out. These lockers are free of charge.
Be on time
Squash City does not use a booking system for its aerobics lessons. So make sure you are on time for all lessons. Unfortunately we cannot allow you to enter the lesson when you are late. Tickets for each aerobics lesson can be be picked-up 40 to 5 minutes before the commencement of each lesson.
