What to bring
 In the interests of hygiene, a towel is always required. Apart from that, cotton sport shorts, sport socks and a t-shirt with mid sleeves are recommended for the most comfortable workout. It is always important to train with adequate sports shoes, for example crosstrainers. For advice, you can always turn to one of our fitness instructors.

Tips:
- Forgot your towel? No problem! You can hire a towel at reception for a small fee.
- It is always smart to drink sufficiently while working out. A (sealable!) plastic bottle or bidon can come in handy.
- A proper warming-up can prevent injuries and make your work-out more enjoyable. Take some extra time into account to allow for this (e.g. an 1 hour workout requires a 10-15 minute warming-up).
The changing rooms at Squash City are provided with sufficient lockers to make sure that all your personal belongings are locked away safely while you are working out. These lockers are free of charge. Note: the lockers are not meant to be occupied permanently and should be emptied after each visit.
