Total Body Workout
TRX training is training in which use is made of a band with two handles. Since the TRX is suspended, one can perform a wide variety of fitness exercises in which (a part of) the body weight is used as a resistor. A 40 minutes Total body workout focuses on strength, flexibility, core stability and balance. A combined training with kettlebells.
